Jenny Brooks started Roaring Lion PR in 2005. The goal was to find flexibility while also getting back to the journalistic nature of public relations - telling clients' stories. Since that time the outlets for telling stories have evolved quite a bit, even adding a whole new channel with social media, but the principles of public relations have not. Every day the goal is to identify the needs of the target audience and tell them stories that help them see our clients as a solution to their challenges.

Skills

Roaring Lion PR focuses on setting goals and putting together the plan that gets our clients to those goals. Although all public relations activities are on the table to start, each plan takes on a life of its own. Common activities include media relations, community relations, events, content marketing and social media. YouTube marketing, social media marketing, blog writing and position clients as experts within their industry are additional skillsets offered.
